I really love this stuff; prior to eating Green Light's product, I never liked jerky. I really appreciate the quality of their jerky and that they pride themselves on using all natural ingredients w/o adding refined sugar and other artificial crap (unlike that convenient store jerky that feels like you are eating a meat flavored starburst). Green Light Jerky has just the right texture and bite that let's you enjoy the more complex flavors of their jerky. I am really looking forward to the re-introduction of their more exotic flavors back into the line. As far as I understand, they cycle through some special featured flavors outside of "The Classic", "Pepper Grinder" and "A Bit Spicy". I work in the town where this company is based, and I've had the fortune of having the opportunity to try "Vodka Onion" and "Garlic Parmesan", which are my two favorites. Parmesan in jerky, you say? Yup, I said it. It's delectable. GO GREEN LIGHT!

I LOVE GREEN LIGHT JERKY! The ingredients are all-natural.

Additionally, while I was not accustomed to jerky this dry at first, it's really grown on me. The flavors of the jerky really release as you chew it, and continue to linger even after you've swallowed it.

The best endorsement I can give is that I can rarely open a bag without finishing it before I put it down. If you don't live in the SF Bay Area, you probably haven't heard of these guys yet, but trust me... you will soon.

Green Light Jerky is great! I love the fact that it is all natural and doesn't contain MSG and all that other stuff.
2. As a foodie I love both the choice of flavors and the complexity of the flavors! There is nothing "simple" about these flavors!

Coming from a background in Louisiana where thick butcher store jerky is prevalent, I really like the change of pace that GLJ offers!

Green Light Jerky's beef jerky is definitely one o...

Green Light Jerky's beef jerky is definitely one of a kind. I've been recommended to them by a friend and I've tasted their flavors and it's quite amazing how the quality is top notch using no MSG, nitrates, etc... It feels healthier than the oily ones you find out in the market.

I'm hooked on "The Classic", "PRD", and "Pepper Grinder". If you haven't tried it I recommend getting their Sample Pack.
