I found that if you let the pizza sit and cool down, then reheat it in the actual oven for 7 minutes, the crust is actually pretty good.. too bad it doesn't come to us like that...and we still feel the urge to tip the drivers.

I ordered one. What a disappointment! It wasn't double anything except crust. Never again. The hand-tossed large is $2.00 less than the medium "double-deep".

I ordered one of these last night. The crust was paper thin and gooey... completely inedible. When the delivery person brought me a different pizza for a replacement, she informed me that I was one of several complaints regarding the new pizza and it's gooey too-thin crust. In fact, she said the mgr had stopped accepting orders for this item until he could work out a reason for the poor quality of the item.

Eating one right now, not very good. the bottom crust is about a millimeter thick, the toppings fall right thru the bottom of the crust. What Pizza Hut needs to do is bring back BIGFOOT. Now that was a good pizza.
