The chocolate tastes like high quality chocolate - very smooth and creamy with a good meltability factor. I can't wait to try the other flavors. My daughter is going to see if her school band can sell these instead of some ceramic things. These will definitely sell. I think you can use them as a fundraiser through cfsfun.com but they are listed as the Bedre Chocolate. I found the chocolate to be very good and creamy, but found very few almonds,(chunks or otherwise) The only almonds I found in the entire bar was about 4 or 5 tiny bits. More almonds would have made it a lot tastier.
