I have been addicted to these since they first came out - 100 cal per tin and no appreciable fat - when I'm watching calories and want chocolate these are great - and the flavor stays with you. I do have trouble with the tins at times and have sent one flying. I am suffering guilty conscience pangs, though. I've gone through a lot of tins in the past 5 months and they get tossed in the trash - no recycle symbol on them.
