At least the sweet potatoe and cinnamon one really caught my attention. Ever had pie crust cookies? Where you flatten out the crust and put cinnamon and sugar on the crust, cut it and bake on a cookie sheet? That is what these remind me of!! They are great... or like the taste of pumpkin pie crust.. Wow, they taste like General Tso's chicken! The taste is unique, unlike any other snack I've ever tried...and I've tried a lot... Good texture, pleasing aftertaste (almost better than the taste itself) and just the right amount of heat.
