(don't ask me about the specific steps, i don't remember coz its my dad who makes it, and i don't cook).<BR/><BR/>hibiscus ice cream sounds interesting. i wonder how that tastes. <BR/><BR/>flan is popular in the Philippines (where I'm from). I wouldn't be surprised if they placed it on ice cream.
