Sold under the Spring Bakehouse brand, they're made with organic agave nectar, oats, and whole grain spelt flour. They also contain 1,500mg of omega-3's per serving. Apparently, agave nectar is used as a substitute for honey because it has a lower glycemic index, providing sweet taste while reducing diabetic seizures.
The cookies come individually wrapped, and are packaged in an 8-count, 7 oz. (198g) box.
