Hayward, CA-based Fabrique Delices has extended its line of Fabrique Delices Smoked, Cured & Dry Meats in the USA to include Cured Duck Salami.

Available in a 1 lb. link, it's said to be a rich, flavorful French duck salami that has an excellent balance of seasoning and salt as well as a pleasant moist texture.

Probably good for a few chews, but I think I'll prefer it on pizza.
