For Valentine's Day 2006, New England Confectionery Company (NECCO) announced a new twist to their Sweethearts Conversation Hearts candy.

For the first time ever, they've included conjunction and preposition words "And" and "To", allowing folks to use multiple hearts to spell out romantic phrases, such as, "ILU And Miss You", "Kiss Me To Be Mine", or "Love You And Home Soon".

The 2006 line up of Conversation Hearts includes the following words:
