Diamond Studded Fruit CakeThis is an actual fruit cake that you can eat, except that it has diamonds embedded into it.

On display at the Takashimaya Department in Tokyo, Japan, it has 223 diamonds, boasting a total 170 carats. The "Diamond Christmas cake" has a price tag of 200 million yen (USD $ 1.72 million). It's a two-layer hexagonal fruit cake measuring 20 centimeters tall and 18 centimeters in diameter and covered with pink icing.

It has a one-year shelf-life, and you can eat it (after removing the diamonds).
