One of my favorite homemade tortilla chip dips is a mixture of refried beans, a can of Rotel, and some shredded pepper jack cheese.
But after seeing this brick of Habanero Cheddar Cheese from Cabot Creamery, I may have to try to this instead. The website says it contains a combination of habanero and jalapeno peppers, and took home top honors as the "Hot Cheese" at the Fiery Food Challenge.
